Adnan started his career as a model in the late 80s and later started acting in TV shows.
He got his breakthrough with PTV’s serial Zaib Un Nisa.
In 2007, he played a small role in Siddiqui also played a small role alongside actress and filmmaker Angelina Jolie and actor Irrfan Khan starrer A Mighty Heart.
He was offered roles in Bollywood films like Mardaani and Jism 2, but he rejected both, as he didn’t like the roles.
