It is known that Telugu film actor and aspiring Politician Taraka Ratna left this world untimely after suffering a massive heart attack on 18th Feb 2023 and battling with his heart for 23 days in Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bengaluru.
It is also known that Taraka Ratna married Alekhya Reddy, a divorcee on August 2, 2012, at Sanghi Temple after both falling in love on the sets of ‘Nandeeswarudu’ as she joined the film as costume designers despite both their families being against their marriage.

Alekhya Reddy, who worked as a film costume designer in the past, is related to the late politician Alimineti Madhava Reddy and the currently serving member of parliament V Vijayasai Reddy.
She reportedly designed costumes for the 2012 Telugu-language action film ‘Nandeeswarudu,’ produced by Kota Gangadhar, which starred her husband, Nandamuri Taraka Ratna, whom she married in the same year.
