-Aalo (Potatoes) peeled 4 large
-Mehran Pakora Mix 1 pack (150g)
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Zarda ka color (Orange food color) 1 pinch
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Water 3 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
-Thinly slice potatoes with the help of slicer & cut into thin julienne shape.
-Place in a bowl,add Mehran pakora mix,rice flour,red chilli crushed,orange food color,coriander seeds, garam masala powder,fresh coriander,garlic & mix well for a minute.
-Add cooking oil,water & mix well,cover & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry pakoras on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with tomato ketchup.
