INGREDIENTS
flour – 2 cups
water – about 1 cup cool (or a bit less)
salt – 1 pinch
oil – for the bowl
HOW TO COOK
Sift the flour with the salt. While gradually pouring in water, knead a smooth dough – it needs to be elastic.
Transfer it to an oiled bowl and let it rest for 30 min.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface, knead it again and divide it into parts the size of an apple.
Form these into balls and roll them out into pitas.
Bake the roti pitas in a dry pan with a thick bottom, turning them over every 5-7 min. so they don’t burn and dry up.
When prepared in this way, you’ll get soft and airy Pakistani pitas.

Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 2 pinches
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 2 pinches
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Banana ripe 5-6
-Makhan (Butter) ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Brown sugar powdered ¾ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperate)
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Directions:
-In bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,salt,cinnamon powder,baking powder,sift together and mix well & set aside.
-Peel the bananas and mash well with the help of the fork & set aside.
-In bowl,add butter and whisk well.
-Add brown sugar,eggs and whisk well.
-Add mashed banana,vanilla essence and whisk well.
-Gradually add flour mixture and fold with the help of the spatula.
-Grease 9 x 3 inch loaf pan with butter,place butter paper and grease again with butter.
-Now pour prepared batter and tap for 2-3 times on working counter.
-Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for 60-65 minutes.
