Humera Arshad is a successful female pop singer of Pakistan.
She was born in Lahore city and her residence is also in the same city.
Her mother Faiza Hashmi was a well known Naat Khawan and from young age she accompanied her mother in Majlis, from where her passion for singing started.
She got her musical training under the guidance of legendary singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
Humera Arshad started her showbiz career by reciting Naats on TV and radio.
After that she participated in music show ‘Music Challenge’.
She came into limelight by covering song ‘Sada Hoon Apnay Pyar Ki’ of Noor Jahan.
Today she is expert of Ghazal, culture, folk and pop singing.
In her early years she also worked as an actress in hit TV serial ‘Ainak Wala Jin’ of PTV in which she played role of Toofani Nagan.
She has released two super hit albums ‘Gal Sun Dholna’ and ‘Chori Kach Di’.
She also won many awards for her contributions in music industry.

On 23 April 2019, the feuding couple seem to have finalized their divorce and Humaira Arshad reportedly said to the news reporters that this time divorce was done after mutual understanding and that they did it for the future of their young son.
Humaira also said she wanted to focus on her singing career now.
Ahmed Butt got the custody of their young son and has plans to move to the United States with their son.
