He and his former girlfriend Natasha Pavlovich lived in Brentwood, Williamson County, Tennessee, USA. They have a daughter named Liana C. Lara. In 2016, he and Pavlovich had a heated incident that led to a legal battle. They attended hearings before Juvenile Court Judge Sharon Guffee.

On August 18, 2018, he and Gwen got married. They lived in Brentwood with Liana.

He played a soap opera actor in “Summer of ’67,” a film released in 2018.

On May 29, 2021, he and Gwen were on their plane, a Cessna C501, with Brandon Hannah, Davin L. Martin, Jennifer J. Martin, Jonathan Walters and Jessica Walters, who all had ties to the Remnant Fellowship Church. The plane crashed into the waters of  the Percy Priest Lake in Tennessee. In the evening, he and the other six passengers were presumed dead.

He died at the age of 58.
