Well, not an early riser , but an night owl as my work demands me to work until late night , but I make sure I don’t compromise on my fitness.

Running clueless will never let you get the body you want. Diet and working out is the ultimate truth.

Your favorite workout?
Push ups and pull ups are my favorite!!

What do you eat in a day for breakfast – midday snacks – lunch – evening snacks – dinner ?
For breakfast- white oats with honey , 7 egg whites, and 2 bananas
Lunch – salad , either veg or non -veg
Dinner – there’s nothing specific but I include carbs , rice and chicken.

Your favorite cuisine ?
Indian and Chinese.

Preparation for a special event or photo shoot ?
Yes, I just did few projects on health and fitness and now working on a video album.

How often do you have a cheat day?
Let me not lie ,, my friends are a big part of my cheat day routine , so nothing less than twice a week.

Your favorite cheat meal ?
Biriyani… and yes !! Not to forget the dumplings..

The most bizarre diet ?
According to me, lot of proteins and supplements, never include too much to your diet .

How many hours do you sleep daily?
6 hours , it’s needed.

Do you have fruits every day? What are your favorite fruits?
Yes, almost everyday, mangoes are my favorite, but I too eat lots of banana and grapes.

Which is your favorite vegetable?
Cucumber, spinach , beans, bitter gourd.

Do you prefer your vegetable cooked or you prefer them in the salad form?
I don’t mind either ways.

Are you a tea or a coffee person?
Coffee, black and strong(without sugar).

What about desserts? What sort of desserts do you like?
Caramel custard and fruit cream, sugar apple cream.
