Ingredients:
-Pineapple chunks 1 & ½ Cup
-Pineapple syrup ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Qarshi Jam-e-Shirin 2 tbs or to taste
-Coconut milk powder ½ Cup
-Ice cubes
-Vanilla ice cream 3-4 scoops
-Dried rose petals
Directions:
-In blender jar,add pineapple chunks,pineapple syrup,milk,qarshi jam-e-shirin,coconut milk powder and blend well.
-Add ice cubes,vanilla ice cream and blend again.
-Garnish with dried rose petals & serve!

Ingredients
1 cup Pineapple slices
2 packets pineapple jelly
1 cup water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 packet cream
1/2 tin condensed milk
3 tbsp desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp coconut essence
Cooking Method
Dissolve pineapple jelly in 1 cup of water.
Place pineapple, yogurt, condensed milk, dissolved jelly, cream, essence, 3 tbsp coconut in a blender or food processor.
Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Chill for 4 hours before serving.
Top with fresh cream.Pina Colada Surprise is ready to serve.Enjoy!
Serve with pineapple slices.
